I felt a bit misled after checking out hajex.com. From the way it seemed at first, I expected a much better selection, but once I started browsing, there just wasn’t much to choose from. A lot of the categories felt empty or not really helpful for what I was looking for. Maybe other people will have better luck, but I got frustrated and gave up sooner than I expected.

I’m not sure this was the real deal. Something about it just didn’t feel authentic, and when I had questions, it kind of felt like everything was brushed off with a “policy” explanation instead of actually addressing the issue. Frustrating.

My first reaction was like, okay at least they answered. But then the updates came in slowly, and I found myself having to ask twice a couple times, which was frustrating in the moment. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not as smooth as I hoped. Overall, it was fine, but I wouldn’t call it great.

At first the site looked fine, but the more I used it, the less comfortable I felt. Some of the information wasn’t very clear, and I found myself having to figure out or repeat the same concerns in my head over and over, which got annoying fast. Maybe it’s harmless, but it just gave me a weird feeling overall, so I’m not sure I’d trust it.

I did finally get my refund, but it took forever. I mean, the return went through eventually, but the waiting part was frustrating.

My card looks like it may have been charged, but I haven’t gotten any order update or confirmation, which is concerning. Really annoying experience and a waste of time

I didn’t feel like it was worth the price. For what you actually get, it just felt too expensive and the value wasn’t really there. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive — I felt like I kept getting nudged constantly, which got annoying fast

My order showed up on time, which was good, but the box was crushed and the tape was coming loose. The item itself was okay thankfully, but the packaging could definitely be sorta better.

The pages load fine for me, so no complaints there. But depending on what I’m trying to find, getting around can be confusing. Some menus make sense, while others feel cluttered and harder to follow than they need to be

I ordered this from hajex.com first impression was not great. Right out of the box it just felt kind of cheap, and a few pieces didn’t line up the way they should. The finish also had little marks on it, which made it seem like it had already been handled or just wasn’t made very carefully.
I mean, it wasn’t completely unusable or anything, so I guess that’s something. But for what I paid, I expected better. Maybe someone else wouldn’t care as much, but I was annoyed and probably wouldn’t buy from them again.
